EVENT REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Just for Good offer a range of online and in person events. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Just for Good (JFG) and registrant. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Statement/Terms of Use posted in the footer below.
All written notice and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Statement/Terms of Use, shall be sent to Contact@justforgood.co.uk
CANCELLATION POLICY
If circumstances or policies in your organisation change and you can no longer attend, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to JFG at the contact information stated above.
AGE LIMITATION
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend JFG events, and all related events, including all virtual evening events.
AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Video and audio recording of our content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from JFG.
Recording Disclaimer: By participating in this event, you hereby irrevocably grant JFG its affiliates, agents, and licensees, the right, but not the obligation, to record your avatar, likeness, voice, and/or username and to own, license, assign, and use the same (or any portion) in the production, exhibition, and promotion of the event, in any media and on any platform now known or hereafter devised (including the Internet) throughout the universe in perpetuity. You waive the right to bring action of any kind in law or equity against JFG.
SOLICITING DURING THE CONFERENCE
Guerilla marketing or similar marketing tactics are prohibited at JFG events. JFG reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual from JFG events who is suspected or reported to be soliciting during the event and who is not a JFG sponsor/partner or exhibitor. JFG encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry.
ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion and without refund, JFG reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event, anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other attendee.

The views expressed by any event attendee, speaker, partner, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of JFG. All event attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.
By registering for this event you agree that JFG may share your contact data with the sponsors of the event. You also agree that JFG may share your contact data with association partners hosting seminars, tutorials or training that you choose to attend. You will then be subject to the communications and privacy policies of that entity and must opt-out with them directly.
FORCE MAEJURE
WFF shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemic, contagions, health crises, travel restrictions, epidemics, the availability of the Venue (if applicable), or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of JFG or its subcontractors such as power grid failures, internet outages, cyber warfare, cyber-attacks, ransomware attacks, cyber sabotage, civil war, sabotage or piracy. JFG does not accept any liability on account of unavailability, interruptions, errors or viruses or harmful components. For one or more of such reasons, JFG may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of JFG. In the event that the event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, JFG shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

JFG reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Registration Terms and Conditions, the updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on our JFG website. By registering you hereby consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
