We help great organisations do good

Accessibility & Inclusion

..for Good

Accessibility and inclusion aren’t afterthoughts – they’re the foundation. We believe that systems, services, and stories only truly work when everyone can participate in them. That means designing for people who are too often excluded; whether through disability, poverty, digital barriers, or social control.

Our work brings research and storytelling together to open doors, raise standards, and challenge the systems that leave people out.

Accessibility in Practice

In partnership with Big Egg Films, we create Accessibility Films – short, insightful video journeys that help organisations see through the eyes of their users.

These films turn policy into empathy, showing real experiences of navigating physical spaces, digital services, and customer journeys.

From workplace accessibility to public services and creative spaces, we help businesses understand where barriers exist  – and how to remove them.

Financial Inclusion

Our research explores how money, power, and access intersect. We’ve worked with Fair4All Finance and Illegal Money Lending Teams to examine how lack of affordable credit drives people toward unsafe lenders, and how policy, product design, and social stigma can entrench financial exclusion.

This research doesn’t just diagnose the problem; it points to solutions. Fairer systems require financial products that understand real lives, not ideal ones,  and support people before crisis hits.

Women, Money & Control

We’re currently leading new research into women’s access to financial services and the ways that coercion and control can shape their relationship with money.

This work explores the subtle and overt ways financial abuse limits autonomy, from joint account restrictions to manipulative debt,  and how the financial sector can design products and policies that safeguard rather than silence.

Why it Matters
Accessibility and inclusion are not boxes to tick; they’re lenses to design through. Whether we’re making a film, shaping a campaign, or building a strategy, we ensure that every story, policy, and product serves the people it claims to help.

Because inclusion isn’t a niche concern. It’s what makes systems fair, economies resilient, and societies humane.
